Shipping and Order pickup Policy
Click and collect orders:
GTS offers Click & Collect service to customers for most products:
- Order before 10 am for 4 pm collection.
- Order after 12 pm, for the next day's collection.

How to click and collect orders?
Choose your products online
Add them to your shopping bag
Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout

Select your payment method and process your payment
​

Arrange your pick-up date and time
(GTS will hold your order in store within 10 days. If your collecting time exceeds the given period, we have to cancel the order and refund the amount equal to half of the product value)
Collect your order in store
Please bring your collection notification, invoices/ receipts, and photo ID.

Shipping:
GTS only offers delivery service for small items and only within local areas. For large items please choose the click and collect orders method.
Delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Allied Express or Couriers Please. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days, subject to availability. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Some deliveries and Click and Collect orders may take longer than usual due to the high demand and the manufacture lead-time.
How to track my orders?
If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or check out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website, Allied Express website or the Couriers Please website, depending on which company delivers your order.

Next-day delivery is $11.95 on all orders that qualify. If your order is available for next business day delivery to your postcode.

Standard delivery is free on all orders over $80 that qualify. If your order is not available for next-day delivery, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, subject to availability.

Return & Exchange Policy
Global Trade Sales promise to provide the best purchasing experience, therefore our return policy comes under the Australian Consumer Law:

Change of mind:
If you wish to return your purchased items as changing of mind, you will have a full refund if your case meets the below terms:
1/ You return the item/s within the 60 days time frame from the purchase day.
2/ You will need to produce your proof of purchasing either GTS receipts, invoices or other adequate payment proofs.
3/ The item needs to be in the re-saleable condition: unworn, unused, unassembled and in its original condition.

In terms of returning items due to a change of mind, a collection fee will be fully incurred by you.

Other Returns:
Our company will accept items returned and process you a refund or repair if:
1/ The product is faulty or it is not of acceptable quality; or
2/ The product does not match the sample or our description;
3/ Items of the purchased set are missing or do not match the sample
​
According to Australian Consumer Law, GTS is willing to apply a 12-month warranty on all of our ranges of products, hence if the returned product meets one of the above conditions and the warranty period still effect counted from the purchase date, we will be accountable for refund or to give our customer a new or repaired product to the replacement.

Note:

GTS may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We will reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect as well as when the warranty expired
