HDPE PIPE

Our HDPE pipe is in accordance with AS/NZS4130 and is supplied in straight lengths, material grade PE 100, black or blue stripped and can be provided as open ended or capped. Caps are also sold separately if required.

​Our capped range of HDPE is used as sleeves for anti-corrosion protection for steel piles. You can find our capped HDPE sleeves in WA's major marinas i.e. Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour, Hillarys Boat Harbour, Royal Perth Yacht Club, Mindarie Marina and much more.

Applications

Pile Sleeves (Capped) - Superior corrosion protection for steel piles in all marine areas.

Water Pipe (Black/Blue-Stripped) - High pressure pipe to transport water.

Mining Pipe (Black) - High pressure pipe to transport slurry mixes and other fluids.

Definitions:

  • PN - meaning 'pressure number' or the nominal working pressure the pipe can support at 20 degrees Celsius designated in units of 'bar', where '1 bar = 100 KPa' or '1 bar = 0.1 MPa'.

  • PE 100 - material grade meaning the minimum required strength (MRS) where the MRS for PE 100 is 10.0 MPa at 50 years and 20 degrees Celsius.
