ALUMINIUM FLOATING PONTOON SYSTEMS
We specialise in building pontoons to suit both commercial and residential applications. Pontoons come in a standard size of 8m, 10m, 12m lengths with widths varying from 2m to 3.5m. Custom sizes can be built to suit unique customer requirements. Floats underneath the pontoon allow it to rise and fall with varying tide heights, while secured by piles and/or moorings. Our pontoon systems comprise of aluminium framework, HDPE floats and FRP decking which are known for longevity and minimal maintenance.

FINGERS
ALUMINIUM FLOATING FINGER SYSTEMS
Fingers are used in private and commercial marinas for segregation of vessels, moorings and to facilitate access. Construction and materials of fingers are similar to our pontoons. Fingers come in standard size lengths of 10m, 12m, 15m, 18m and 22m with widths at a standard of 0.9m and 1.3m. These lengths suit a number of different length vessels and arrangements. Custom lengths can be built to suit unique locations. Floats underneath the pontoon allow it to rise and fall with varying tide heights, while secured by piles and/or moorings.

GANGWAYS
ALUMINIUM GANGWAY SYSTEM
Gangways are an articulating walkway that provide access to floating pontoon systems for varying tide heights. Typical arrangements for gangways include a concrete abutments and articulating bracket on the landside, and a roller arrangement on the pontoon. Gangways come in a variety of lengths with standard widths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m and 1.8m.

PILE GUIDES
ROLLER AND PACKER PILE GUIDE SYSTEM
Our piles guides have optional pile support arrangements which include blocks or roller configurations. We offer external guides which are generally bolted onto the profile and internal guides which are fabricated into the framework of the pontoon depending on each location and situation. Our Pile Guides consist of two main components, blocks and rollers. Both offer full support of the system while allowing the pontoon or finger to rise and fall with the tide.
